A lot of people have two, one in the front by the bangs and then the other at the back of the head. Some stick up like crazy and have to be tamed with products and others lie down nicely and never create havoc. I seriously doubt that the swirls mean anything except whether or not you will be a hat wearer when you grow up ;)
