The location I booked my UBox in seems to just be incompetent, I'm stressed and could please use some help!
So after spending an hour a day last week on the phone with UHaul support and the regional office for Uhaul, no one was able to give me an answer as to why my UBox was not able to be scheduled for shipment (it's stored at the location).

I recently moved out of state and loaded up 4 UBoxes ahead of time. Due to the nature of my move, I was unsure where I would want these boxes. I was originally told that I could split the order, 2 stay stored and 2 shipped, with the other 2 shipping months later would equal the same as shipping 4 at once.
Question on U-Box Transport Coverage
Hello! I moved using U-Boxes a few weeks ago. We paid for the transport insurance (SafeMove). Once our boxes arrived, we noticed that one of the boxes (it was one of the smaller old models) had the wall separating from the floor by maybe 8 inches. Luckily, I've only noticed one thing missing from the move. Unluckily, it is a leg for my desk.
